 Hey guys welcome back to our blog, for today's blog we will be making our decision for which genre we will be using for our opening sequence. • Genre(Thriller)- After researching the thriller genre, we can say that this is a great genre for our film sequence. We can take the suspenseful, scary route for our pitch but there are a few problems with this. The first issue is that it would be hard conducting such a film with our pitch. Our pitch deals with the empty hole in a characters heart and his will to fight to fill that void, literally. It would be difficult to make a thriller film with this pitch. Although this could very well be done, it would seem odd and unfit.  • Genre(Comedy)- Comedy, this is such a magnificent genre as it brings happiness and laughter to the lives of the audience watching it.  This is my research for the horror genre and all the types of CAMS, CLAMPS, likes, dislikes, editing and sound.  

 Pitch 1:  Two 16 year old boy's become drug dependent after the passing of their mother, falling into a rabbit hole tied together.  Pitch 2: A man get's burned from his daily cup of joe and notices something unusual.  For pitch one we came up with the idea of two brothers, Jake and Trey who have been dealing with depression after their mother passing away, and one day someone offers them drugs one (acid drug) day and they buy them. They then realize that their plans for college don't seem bright and they need to make a living. They decide to create their own business, selling drugs. What happens next is up for grabs. We like this pitch because there is a lot we cans do with it. This is an easy pitch where we can put a lot into the story. Additionally, we can challenge the conventions of drug abuse in the world and spread a positive message. This also opens up many endings, and you all will have to wait to see what we come up with!  Hello, it is Kazmin and today I will share with you my new group members and tell you the details. But, first I will share with you what happened to Kaz and the Girls. Although it was a fun time we had to break apart. The first problem was that our classes were different so the task would be hard. Also the girls decided to split up as well so the group split off. But now my new group is Hunter and Noura. I've known Hunter since 9th grade and I am very excited to work with him. Me and Hunter have played football together and went on trips together and worked out together. Me and him are very good friends and our chemistry is unmatched no matter what we are doing. I met Noura last year and she is a very smart passionate person I am very excited to be able to work with her. Although I did catch the flu and was not able to communicate with my new groupmate face-to-face. We all have the same goal to create a beautiful and inspiring short film.    Hello, it is Kazmin and this is the first blog of the new school and I'm feeling great. Now that I'm in     A-Level I feel so much more confident than ever before. I'm excited to create a short film this is one of the things I've always wanted to do. As a kid, I used to apply for acting jobs at Disney and do musical and dancing classes in theatrics. This will be such a great experience for me this will create a long-term memory for me further down in life. Last year was a great experience making new friends and creating an opening sequence for the first time was great. Kazmin and the girls was a great experience but unfortunately, we had to part ways, but that topic is for another blog. My previous research with film and the previous projects that I've worked on will help prepare me for this task. I really love horror films as well as romance and comedy films.
